Super Resume Attachment
1) Job seekers' additional resume information that might be requested for the purpose of the interview session selection.

2) When combined with Super Resume, the Attachment may substitute for the company's application form.

3) The Supplement of Super Resume is used, if HR executives do not mind accessing to information that is not necessary for the interview selection.

Super Resume provides information that is important for the interview selection process and avoids unnecessary information--this saves time and cost at first screening.

However; when it comes to the interview session, which is the final selection phase for hiring, HR executives prefer and need complete job candidate information (such as a complete work record, family background, health record, etc.). Job seekers might also want to show more complete personal records as they compete for selection. Super Resume Attachment is designed for these purposes.

Job seekers may take the Super Resume Attachment with them to the interview session. When combined with the Super Resume, these two documents can be treated as a complete company application form. This way, job seekers do not need to fill out company application forms again if they have not yet been hired. This is convenient for both job seekers and the hiring company.

The Super Resume Attachment can also be a required document to serve with Super Resume when applying for the interview session. They can go together if the HR executives do not mind accessing information that may not be necessary for the interview selection. However, we would like to note that when requiring highly detailed information at the initial phases of candidate selection, there is more opportunity to make premature judgment--instead of waiting for the two-way communication of the interview session. The interview session is the place to find out about drive and attitude instead of just focusing on the candidate's proven talent. Judgment, without the interview, can easily be biased, unduly influences decision-making and cuts out the best person for the job.
