What should the future resume be?
Changing jobs can be a nightmare for job seekers when it comes to resume preparation. Even though we are immersed in digital information, people still worry about relying on an online resume. Many executives stick to traditional resumes and claim that their digital counterparts will never work. Is it true that the online resume usually does not offer enough information? Do job applicants try too hard to impress recruiters?

Normally job seekers are in the position of not being confident about presenting themselves in their cover letter and resume. Some people have a tendency to say more about themselves in the information they choose to send to a human resources department. So let us imagine the HR executives who analyze hundreds or thousands of these resumes. Do they prefer to process that much information?

While HR executives are looking for detailed information, they are also looking for precise facts. They want quality information. HR executives need this information disseminated in a uniform fashion so that they can analyze it properly and efficiently. Today's HR executives are tired of overstatement. They are the judges, and they prefer to decide one's qualifications based on honest and brief data.

However: how do we create a single resume format suitable for wide use throughout the world? How do we create a single, unique resume suitable for everyone? What would be the foundation of this resume? How does it solve the problems associated with contemporary online resumes?

What should be the foundation of future resume?
The future resume should based on human resource management and development foundation. When we developed our human resource policy in 1996, we wanted to establish the ultimate criteria for hiring to use as a benchmark for selecting the right people. At that time we just wanted to have programs to develop our staff. We came up with two: Romance of Three Kingdoms @ Work and the Individual Development Program (IDP). We began by implementing a new philosophy: good heart, work hard and enjoy life. In 2001, all of our programs came together and we developed the resume that can soon become the resume of the future.

We believe that it's the philosophy behind the resume and the solution to problems that are associated with current on-line resume that makes it useful and interesting. You can decide for yourself if the Super Resume is the resume of the future.
