Working experience
Most of the jobs require experiences because most companies do not have time to train the newcomers or they want to put the newly hired employee into action immediately. Based on the assumption that experienced employee is ready to work, most HR executives prefer candidates who have experience or job descriptions related to the applied position. However, what we are really looking for is the most talented person. We are not just looking for a person who can do the job but a person who can do the job well. Therefore, what really matters is how the candidate shows their achievement during their stay in each job, and not just their job descriptions. Most job descriptions of the same position are more or less the same. How they learn from their experience and are able to achieve their goal, should be more essential.

Working experience is the core factor that many HR executives take into consideration. The Super Resume allows the candidates to put total years of their working experience and specify number of years of their in- field experience, and number of total working companies, so that HR executives have a clear overall picture of the candidates. The career path of the candidate, especially the last two companies, can show the pinnacle of the candidates' career. The name of the company will show the degree of professional environment, type of business involved, competitiveness of the company etc. While the last position will show how far the candidates have scored in their career. The achievement will show how well the candidates picture their goals and perform their jobs.
