How the Super Resume Solves the Problems Associated with Traditional Resumes:
For Employers:
Format: With Super Resume, formatting problems are no longer a concern. The standardized format ensures that employers can properly compare job candidates.

Multiple pages: Super Resume consists of only one page. This concise format of Super Resume improves readability and analysis, saving time for employers.

Too little or too much information: Super Resume is relatively short and concise when compared to traditional resumes. Because Super Resume is concise, employers are able to easily analyze a prospective employee's information without dealing with an excessive number of pages or irrelevant information.

Word usage: Having a multiple choice format means that job seekers will supply employers with properly worded resumes that are easy to understand. Employers are able to understand precisely what the job candidate is trying to communicate.

Cover letter: The "Additional Information" portion of a Super Resume eliminates the need for a cover letter. This section allows job applicants the opportunity to describe themselves in their own words. This is also a chance for job seekers to explain why they have chosen to apply for a given position.

The information provided in the traditional resume must be improved to answer hiring criteria. Super Resume is an enhanced resume because it provides extra information that details the need or hope of the candidates, including their desired job responsibility. It also allows candidates more room to specify their career objectives. This is a new informational tool to show personal strength, and the HR executive can learn more about the talent of their candidates. A complete, solid multiple-choice format makes it feasible for the HR executive to learn more about candidates' talent, personality, drive, and attitudes by analyzing the candidates' interests and hobbies.
