Human Resources' Future Trend Prediction:
1.) Loyalty will be a big problem. And it will require a personal touch to solve this problem. HR executives need to be skillful in their human resource management and development. The strengths of Asian cultures in terms of relationships and loyalty will be explored in the modern management theory section.
2.) Increased competition. There will be thousands of companies looking for the most talented human resources. It will be harder to stand out and attract the best people.
3.) The demand for professional HR executives will increase, and current HR professionals who cannot keep up with changes will become obsolete in this sophisticated industry.
4.) People all over the world, not just in the United States, are using the Internet for posting and applying for jobs. Job classified ads in newspapers are becoming obsolete. HR executives must revise their recruitment process.
 
5.) The recruitment process will demand one standardized resume format to apply and hire for any job anywhere in the world.
