Career Objective
Have you ever wondered why some newly-hired employees leave the company so soon? Or what is the reason that they state when they resign? Probably it is the time for us to pay more attention to the candidates' career objective.
Career objective is the main inspiration of the candidates, for example, to be an entrepreneur, or to be a CEO in a multinational company, or to be well known and recognized etc. The Super Resume provides samples of career objective as multiple choices for candidates to select, one which is real close to their objective. Or otherwise, the candidates can specify the objective themselves. It can be long term planning or short terms planning. The point is that the candidates will try every way by which to accomplish their goal. If we listen to their inspiration, the candidate will have more aim and reason to stay with the company. According to our experience, the main reason that the employee usually gives in deciding to quit the company is that the company cannot fulfill his/her personal needs or

career objective.
Career objective also gives HR executives the direction that the candidate would like their life to be, for example; to work in a medium size company in order to learn the total process, or to be specialist, or to acquire talent until they can reach the professional standard level etc. Candidates' career objective will tell how far they want to go. And we call it: the drive to success. For example; to be a CEO, one needs to have different inspiration and drive when compared to other objectives, such as to explore my horizons. The HR executive will see whether the candidate's objective/drive matches the job or company's objective. If it does, it is obvious that the employee will stay for long and the company will achieve continuous development.
