Activities
If you would like to know the contribution of the candidates to their society, take a look at their university activities. This will show the level of participation and the level of team spirit or social contribution when they stay at the company. Activities also show extra interests besides education. HR executives will know right away the thing in which the candidate is interested in, such as photo club, marketing club, social club etc. The position in the club can also indicate how much the candidate has devoted him/her-self to the activities as well as shows the leadership of the candidate. Activities in the university can teach the candidate to work as part of team and prepare the candidate to go through problems in the real world outside class. The HR executive always would like to ask about the detail to check things that the candidates have learned from their experience. Achievement is also important, it really shows the performance of the candidates during their participation in the club. It shows the ability to get things done and sometimes

leadership.

Part-time employment
Often, fresh graduate students have problems in adapting themselves to the working world. Some even take a year before they can really adjust to the business world and start to make progress. Part-time employment shows the enthusiasm to prepare for a career in the real world. Although most part-time jobs have limited time and are not enough time for the candidates to learn much, the experience is closer to the working world than school activitie However, a candidate has accepted many part-time jobs and/or when counted in days, months, or year, it can equal the full time job. The experience that the candidates gain from part-time jobs will prepare the candidate for job/life responsibilities. HR executives usually would like to know what type of job and what type of responsibilities that the candidate experienced. And one good question that HR executives might ask the candidate is why does he/she not want to go back for a full -time job with the companies in which he/she had experience as a part-timer.
